Villa Maussac is a spacious and attractive holiday home for 13 people in the Lot-et-Garonne, South of France. The property is set on a 1.1-hectare property and offers complete privacy and tranquillity. The brand new private swimming pool (realized in 2025 – more photos will follow) completes the picture. Thanks to the thick walls and air conditioning in some bedrooms, it is also nice and cool here in the summer. This holiday home is ideal for families or several couples. It is located in an oasis of space and tranquility, located between fields and forests and you have a beautiful view over the rolling countryside. Wonderfully quiet and yet plenty to do in the area.
Inside
The villa has a cozy living room with wood stove, flat screen TV and dining table. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor is a bathroom with two showers and a bath. In the utility room there is a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are five bedrooms, one of which is a family room with its own bathroom. Other rooms are equipped with single and double beds and a cot. There are two additional bathrooms and a separate toilet.
Outside
The grounds of Maussac are surrounded by woods and fields and offer beautiful views. You have a new private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m), a sun terrace with sunbeds, umbrellas, BBQ and outdoor table. Children can enjoy themselves on the trampoline or with the bicycles provided. The area is rich in animals, including roe deer and birds of prey.
Environment
Visit charming villages such as Villeréal, Castillonnès and Pujols with their markets and terraces. The region offers plenty of opportunities for hiking, cycling, horseback riding and water sports.
At the back of the site, the friendly Dutch manager couple lives in a separate house; They fully respect your privacy.
