10 years ago a search for our dream began in France. We live and work in Belgium, but we prefer to spend our holidays in the Lot-et-Garonne with its wonderful temperature, beautiful green hills, many outdoor activities and of course beautiful villages and towns. We have spent a lot of time and effort on our second home to make it a truly friendly, warm and comfortable home. We hope to welcome you during one of your holidays.

Explanation of prices

The prices for the high season are €1700 per week and for the low season €1100 per week. The final cleaning is €110.
All normal consumption costs for water, electricity and internet are included in the rental price.

If the rental agreement is canceled more than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the tenant must pay 30% of the rental price.
If the rental agreement is canceled less than 2 months before the start of the rental period or during the rental period, the tenant must pay the full amount due (rental price).

David is a CQP QUAD MONITOR graduate and a 2nd degree JET instructor. Since 1987 he has been practicing quad and jet in free time and competition. He put his passion and experience at the service of his customers.
