10 years ago a search for our dream began in France. We live and work in Belgium, but we prefer to spend our holidays in the Lot-et-Garonne with its wonderful temperature, beautiful green hills, many outdoor activities and of course beautiful villages and towns. We have spent a lot of time and effort on our second home to make it a truly friendly, warm and comfortable home. We hope to welcome you during one of your holidays.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices for the high season are 1950€ per week and for the low season 1300€ per week. The final cleaning is 125€.
All normal consumption costs for water, electricity, internet are included in the rental price.

In case of cancellation of the rental agreement, more than 2 months before the start of the rental period, the tenant must pay 30% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation of the rental agreement, less than 2 months before the start of the rental period or during the rental period, the tenant must pay the full amount due (rental price).
