In the heart of South West France, between Bordeaux and Toulouse, near Quercy, a beautiful stone farmhouse from the 18th century has been converted into two independent modern and spacious gites. These gites are always rented together during the high season (July/August). In the early and late season you may only rent one of the two gites. There is a large swimming pool with unobstructed views over the valley and the lake.
Layout
Gite 1 has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge. There are two bedrooms. A bedroom with a double bed and private shower room and a bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. Accommodation mainly on the ground floor (except the living room).
Gite 2 can be reached via a staircase and a loggia with the charm of yesteryear. The gite overlooks the pool and has a living room with open kitchen, dining area and lounge. There are also two bedrooms here. A bedroom with 2 double beds (1x160 and 1x140) and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with toilet. Outside logia with dining area.
Outside
Garden planted with fruit trees and 2 hectares of woodland to explore. Terrace with garden furniture, sunbeds and relaxation areas. There is also a trampoline, swing and play hut.
Environment
A few minutes from the historic center of Saint-Maurin with an abbey from the 11th century and less than 20 minutes from the historic center of Moissac. 25 km from Agen.
