Located in a typical French village in a great, rich natural surroundings, this villa has everything a vacationer wants. Space, calm, north and south terrace and, of course, a heated pool. This 6 person house is surrounded by a large garden and offers privacy. Enjoying delicious of a glass of wine from the region on the terrace overlooks the pasture area. This cozy villa has a nice garden dressed with different places to withdraw. In the village is a bar where you can also get fresh bread in the morning. 7 minutes away by car there is a supermarket and other shops and in the same village (Saint-Chinian) are twice a week a big beautiful market. The beach is relatively close and nearby are many attractions. The wooded area is ideal for walking, cycling or into the hills on a mountain bike. The living room with an open, modern kitchen (fully equipped) and a bar connected to the north and the south terrace which is accessible through sliding doors. Both terraces have awnings. The home has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed (140x200 and 180x200) with 1 bedroom and door to a terrace outside. The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x200). The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet. In a hall is an extra sink and mirror. There is a second toilet in the corridor. In the garage is a washing machine and a kitchen counter with sink. Following the living room are the north and south terrace with a dining table on both sides. The swimming pool (4x8 heated) and around plenty of space for sun loungers in communication with the terraces. The garden makes it off and give you the feeling of peace and freedom.
