Villa la Petite Différence

Wake up in the morning, open the patio doors and enjoy the morning sun shining over the beautiful rolling wine landscape. You also have this great view from the covered terrace and the swimming pool. It gives the ultimate feeling of peace, space and freedom. The villa was completely renovated in the winter of 21/22 and is completely furnished and offers privacy. The breathtaking view, the beautiful nature and the space that this villa offers will give you a wonderful holiday feeling immediately upon arrival. The large swimming pool with its spacious terrace and the playfully designed garden complete the picture.

In the area you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking or other fun excursions. This house is an ideal starting point. Eating delicious French regional dishes in nearby restaurants is of course also possible. A day at the beach is easy to do from this villa.

The living room with open kitchen has air conditioning and an ideal stove for the winter period. The large sliding doors provide access to the covered terrace. The property is tastefully decorated and offers all the comfort you would expect from a holiday villa. There are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have doors to the balcony terrace (all bedrooms have double beds with 90x200 mattresses). All bedrooms have air conditioning. There are three bathrooms. The first with a walk-in shower and a large sink. The second with double sinks, walk-in shower and toilet and is connected to the master bedroom. The third bathroom is also linked to a bedroom and has a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Of course there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The washing machine and dryer are in the storage room. There is also a guest toilet in the hallway. Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table and the fantastic view over the Minervois. Walking down around the villa, through the Mediterranean landscaped garden, you arrive at the lower swimming pool (4x10). The surrounding terrace offers more than enough space for sunbeds, there is a covered terrace and not to forget a summer bar with bar stools and a refrigerator. This means you don't have to keep walking to the house for a nice, cool glass of rosé from this region. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal.
