There is also a large bedroom with patio doors on the terrace side and private bathroom, and a second bedroom with bunk beds, a double bed and also a private, separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The second building, the Maison des Amis, is located some distance away in the garden and includes 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet).
Between the house and the outbuilding there is a fenced swimming pool of 6 meters around and 1.50 deep, which can be easily closed for small children.

The site is located at the end of a dead-end road, in the forest and 5 km from the beautiful wide beach of St. Girons. Various hiking and mountain biking options from the house. The village is a short distance away with a bakery and magazine shop. The nearest supermarket is Leclerc in the village of Linx, a 5-minute drive away.
