There are tiles everywhere in the house and is therefore hypoallergenic. The bedrooms are spacious and have lovely (spacious!) beds. There is more than enough closet space in all bedrooms. The bathroom has a nice bath with shower, a sanibroyeur toilet and also a spacious shower cabin (with small step) and of course a sink.

The kitchen has all the comforts that everyone would like to have. The DISHWASHER is of course available; We don't like washing dishes by hand on our holiday and neither do you! There is a large refrigerator and, in addition to the induction plate, there is an oven and a combi microwave. Plenty of opportunities to cook yourself, if desired.

In the utility room is the brand new washing machine (7 kg of laundry at a time). A dryer is not necessary in this climate, but there are plenty of clotheslines to hang out the laundry. In the utility room is also the boiler of over 300 liters, so there is always enough hot water.

In the living room a large LCD screen. There is also a stereo system and a DVD player. If desired, the (wireless) internet can be used for a (small) additional charge. The dining table has room for 8 adults, a high chair and cot are also available. At the bar, at the transition living room / kitchen, there is still room for 3 people.

The garden has a large artificial lawn, which is great for playing. From the grass you can go directly to the terrace around the pool, which has been renovated this year, or even directly into the pool. In summer it is not really necessary, but the pool water can be heated to 32 degrees. There is a covered terrace directly next to the house, so that the shade can be sought. The garden is fenced, so your privacy is guaranteed.

The swimming pool has lighting, so that you can also swim in the evening. In addition, 6 sunbeds and 3 umbrellas, to have some shade during the hot afternoon. In addition, a rocking couch. Shade can also be found on the covered terrace.

In 1989 we were looking for a beach and a place to windsurf, so we ended up in Biscarrosse. The lake of Navarrosse and the sea with great surf, has kept us coming back. After a stay abroad, meanwhile with our children, returned to Biscarrosse and with the comments of the children that this was their best holiday ever, we went to look for a private stay; 'Huize Ditta', which can have an average rating of 9.2. PRIDE!

Additional information

The house was completed in January 2007 and so new. The house and garden are very attractive: spacious living room, large kitchen, nice bedrooms, 2 terraces to the house, heated pool with a large terrace all and spacious lawn. The house is very luxurious quality: everything is there on and on. The living area is 140 m2, including the garage and terrace. It is located in a residential area on a dead end residential area (local traffic only), with a large square where the driveway is connected. Children can also play on the square is completely safe. The beach is 10-12 min drive (with good! Parking), the southern lake 5 minutes of cycling, the northern lake on 7 minutes. The kitchen is large-scale, open character, with all the equipment you could want, including dishwasher, microwave, oven / grill, induction hob, all the baking utensils and crockery, large fridge. The transition to the dining area of ??the house is through a bar with stools, which can be nice to have breakfast. The chamber section consists of a 'repos' where a large dining table (for 8-9 people) is placed. The room is in an L-shape and has a very spacious seating area, where a 3-person bench is loaded with chairs, from which every corner of the large LCD TV can be viewed. All Dutch channels are available! Of course there is a radio and DVD player available. There are 2 large sliding doors provided, which respectively. amount to an outdoor terrace at the front and a covered terrace at the rear. The 4 bedrooms are accessed via a separate process. Children can sleep undisturbed, as parents still in the garden or in the house to enjoy. The bathroom is, but separate from, the bedrooms and is equipped with a glass wall shower, bath with shower and washbasin with mirror cabinet
The spacious bathroom is located on the main living area and thus produce no noise at night.
The utility room is via a door in the hall. In this room is a washing machine is installed and the tank (300 l = always instant hot water).
The garage is accessible from the indoor and pantry. a car can not be parked in the garage because it is used as a large storage space.
There is a private driveway to the house with lockable gate, where several cars can be placed. Beside the house there is room for any stables of a trailer.

Biscarrosse is located on a small fifteen minute drive from the Ocean (Biscarrosse-Plage) and located between two extensive lakes, with a 3rd smaller lake in the village. It is surrounded by woods, with lots of pine trees. The southern lake has a very large surface area and is perfect for practicing all kinds of water sports; next campings situated on the shores of the lake and their sandy beaches, public sandy beaches are less present than on the northern lake.
The northern lake is even larger and has extensive clean-and pebble stone free beaches. The banks have a wide shallow latitude, which is also perfect for small children. The water sport is more extensive here, with lots of sail -and surfing (rental, lesson), but also for boats (also for rent). The buoys placed provide the 'landlubbers' on the beach with not bother at all concerning motorboats. There really is plenty of space, even to park !!

The ocean at Biscarrosse is great! Very nice surf, with nice waves to play in, like body surfing and wave surfing.
The beach is also more than great: wide, not overly crowded, good parking, clean beach (is cleaned every night), no rocks or pebbles, but with fine sand.
Biscarrosse itself is a very nice little town, lots of good restaurants, lively tourist shops, but also three large supermarkets (Super U, Lidl, LeClerc). The same goes for Biscarrosse-plage (10-15 minutes), with a nice square full of cafes and evening market. Parking facilities are extensive, as already mentioned above.
This year, there are also special bus lines, called BiscaBus, so also with public transport (at relatively low prices) all the tourist spots in Biscarrosse Plage and can be reached!

In Biscarrosse at least 3 very big supermarkets: The Super-U is a 5 minute bike ride or 2 minutes by car from the house accessible.

In the Super-U is an excellent baker present! All supplies are available there. In addition, option (cheaper) to refuel.

A large LeClerc and a large Lidl on the way to the beach, about 5-7 minutes. Near the LeClerc there is a Lidl, where (some) typical English products are available in NL, can be found.
