Your holiday home has a spacious living room with fireplace with open kitchen and dining area, 3 bedrooms (one upstairs), large bathroom with double sink and of course a private swimming pool with all the privacy.

The house is located in a quiet area between the village and the beach. In summer you can enjoy delicious food (fish and meat) at the beach restaurant "La Plage".

At 1.5 hours drive you are in the Pyrenees. Nice for a day out or winter sports.

For a day out you can go to one of the cities in the area. Our advice is to take a route along the Spanish coast, it is truly breathtaking.

Dear tenant, My name is Marco van Oorschot and I live in Bergen op Zoom. We have been renting out our holiday home since 2000. It is beautifully situated between the village and the beach. On quiet evenings you can hear the sea in the garden, so wonderfully quiet. During the day you can enjoy the sun, sea and a private swimming pool. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices do not include the deposit of € 300 (to be refunded afterwards after deduction of costs).

In the high season (July and August) the minimum rental period is two weeks subject to permission from the landlord (please discuss, usually a week is also agreed). In the early and late season, the minimum rental period is one week.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 15% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

The property is easily accessible and is located about 15 km from the RN 10 (exit 11) towards the coast.
The property is located between the village and the state. Both village and beach are within walking distance.
In the vicinity you can include golf, cycling, hiking, tennis, surfing and of course swimming.
In the immediate vicinity are several nice cities such as Dax, Bayonne, st Jean de Luz and of course Biarritz which you should not miss.
There are several nice restaurants in Messanges such as Pizzeria Le Grillon, La Hitillere and Le Bistrot de la Gare (lunch only).
In Vieux-Boucau, L'Odice is recommended with a view of the lake. In Cabreton, La Belharra is very good with a beautiful view over the sea.
You will also find numerous nice restaurants towards the beach of Moliets.
