Luxury holiday villa 
Escape to South-West France and enjoy the luxury and tranquility in our villa. We, Erika and Jaap, would like to welcome you to this special place, which we have been sharing with friends and family for 30 years. The villa offers space for 8 people, has a private heated pool, a spacious terrace and beautiful views of the golf course. And the beach? That is less than 5 minutes by bike (1.1km)!

The House:
The villa has 4 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for optimal comfort and privacy. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other three rooms are equipped with two single beds. Each bed is equipped with its own duvet, so that everyone can choose their own sleeping comfort. In addition, there are three separate toilets in the house.

The spacious, bright sitting room is the perfect place to relax, with a fireplace and TV for cosy evenings. The large, well-equipped kitchen contains all the modern appliances you need to prepare delicious meals.

Outside, the terrace offers plenty of space to enjoy the wonderful French climate. With a private heated pool, comfortable sunbeds, two dining tables, umbrellas, BBQ and furniture including cushions and tablecloths, the terrace is the perfect place to relax. From here you also have a beautiful view over the 3rd hole of the 18-hole golf course that surrounds the villa.

The Area:
The location of the villa offers plenty of opportunities for activities and relaxation. The beach is less than 5 minutes by bike (1.1 km), ideal for a morning walk or a day full of water fun. For the more sporty, there are tennis courts and golf courses just around the corner, and surf schools and rental locations are also nearby for those who want to brave the waves.

Just a 10-minute bike ride away you will find a charming village with cozy terraces and nice shops. For your daily shopping, there are several supermarkets nearby. Those with an adventure lover can enjoy activities such as horse riding and the Parc Adrénaline climbing park, both a short distance away.

In addition, there are several markets in the surrounding villages such as Hossegor, Léon, and Vieux-Boucau, where you can discover local products and soak up the atmosphere of the region.

In short, our villa not only offers comfort and luxury, but also a fantastic location to enjoy all that South-West France has to offer.
