This comfortable and recently built studio of 30 m2 is located in a quiet street in Biscarrosse-Plage, 900 meters from the beach and from the village center. The studio is attached to the owner's home but without vis-à-vis, and has its own entrance so that everyone's privacy is guaranteed. The pleasant west-facing terrace (30 m2) has deckchairs.
Biscarrosse-Plage is located on the Atlantic Ocean, 80 km west of Bordeaux and 16 km south of Arcachon with its "Bassin" (bay) and the "Dune du Pyla", the highest dune in Europe. Biscarrosse is a hotspot for surfers. But the extensive beaches are also excellent for lazing in the sun, swimming and fishing. And do you want to alternate a day with fresh water? On the 2 large lakes near Biscarrosse you can sail, motor boat, water ski, fish and enjoy the lake beach. In the surrounding forests you can walk and cycle, the 1300 km long Vélodyssée cycle route passes 100 meters from the house. The beautifully restored center of Bordeaux (Unesco World Heritage) is less than 1 hour away and deserves a visit, as do the vineyards around Bordeaux.
