Fully detached, luxuriously furnished 6-person villa with private swimming pool (15x4) in Vielle St. Girons, a cozy and historic town of Leon, less than 5 kilometers away, with a market every day and plenty of cozy terraces, shops, etc. The bakery and the supermarket (super market is only open in high season) are within walking distance of the house.

La Maison Aquitaine is located on a small-scale villa park where you have a lot of privacy and can enjoy the tranquility.

Lake Leon is less than a kilometer from the house and is very suitable for children, you can also rent canoes, pedal boats, surfboards and sailing boats.

The beautiful beaches of St Girons are 8 km from the house.
The wonderful wide beaches are very clean and St Girons is a real traditional beach village with cozy restaurants, surf schools and a small supermarket.

In high season there is a free shuttle bus that stops right in front of the park.

Via the beautifully landscaped cycle paths you can easily cycle through the beautiful dunes to the beach or the adjacent village of Leon. You can also make wonderful day trips along the coast or inland.

Directly from the house you can also take beautiful walks along the lake and along the way there are cozy picnic tables where you can relax in the shade of the surrounding pine trees.

Within walking distance of the house are sports fields, tennis court, skate park and running track that can all be used for free.

For golfers this is a dream location with the international golf course (18 + 9 holes) of “Cote d'Argent” in Moliets. The site is beautifully situated between the pine forests and the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean.

There are no fewer than 5 golf courses within a radius of 50 km, each with its own character.
