Payment

The deposit is 50% to be paid within 10 days after receipt of the invoice. The remainder of 50% must be transferred to us no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. If you make a reservation within these 6 weeks, you will pay the amount immediately. In the event of late payment, the landlord is entitled to cancel the booking of the reserved holiday home.

Cancellation by tenant

Cancellation must be made by telephone and email. Immediately after receipt of the written cancellation, the landlord will send a confirmation of the cancellation/credit note. In case of cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, a deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the entire rent will be charged. If we find a new tenant, a refund may still follow.

Remember that you are responsible for cancellation insurance.

Cancellation by landlord

If any circumstance of the landlord necessitates the cancellation of the already rented gîte, the tenant will be notified immediately. If possible, with the offer of an alternative. If this alternative is not accepted, or if an alternative cannot be offered, the landlord will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
