Lovely holiday home with spacious swimming pool for a relaxing holiday in the sunny South of France!
Our holiday home is located on a fenced plot of 2000m2 with beautiful views and lots of privacy. Quietly situated in the beautiful nature reserve 'Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc'.
On the terrace in front of the house are two mulberry trees that provide shade and cooling in the summer and where you can enjoy a delicious meal.
Next to the terrace is a spacious fenced swimming pool (10 x 4 m) with complete privacy.
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace.
There are three spacious bedrooms with closet space, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet room were completely renovated last winter (2025/2026).
The separately located spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, oven / microwave, gas stove and refrigerator.
Through the kitchen there is access to the garage with extra refrigerator, freezer and washing machine. There is also a table tennis table in this garage.
Attached to the garage is a guest house, we do not rent this out and it is not accessible.
Through a door from the garage you can reach the garden behind the house where there is a jeu-de-boules court with a terrace with a seat.
In addition to the comfort of the house, the swimming pool, the terraces and the garden, you can also fully enjoy everything that the area has to offer in terms of sporting, culinary, wine, cultural and historical areas. The beaches of the Mediterranean Sea can be reached within a 50-minute drive.
