This comfortable, detached holiday villa is located on a fenced plot of 2000m2 with several terraces with beautiful views and lots of privacy. Quietly situated in the beautiful nature reserve 'Parc naturel régional du Haut-Languedoc'.
On the cozy terrace in front of the house are two mulberry trees that provide shade and cooling in the summer and where you can enjoy dining.
Next to the terrace is a spacious fenced swimming pool with outdoor shower.
The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace.
Through French doors there is access to two terraces.
There are three spacious bedrooms with closet space, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The bathroom and toilet room were completely renovated last winter (2025/2026).
The separately located spacious kitchen has a dishwasher, oven / microwave, gas stove and refrigerator. The kitchen was given an 'upgrade' last winter: new kitchen worktop, gas stove, sink, tap, etc.
Through the kitchen there is access to the spacious garage with extra refrigerator, chest freezer and washing machine. There is also a table tennis table in this garage.
Attached to the garage is a guest house, we do not rent this out and it is not accessible.
