Your accommodation on the ground floor, rated 3 stars and Gîtes de France 3 épis, is private. We live all year round on the first floor, so the garden is shared with us but "not overlooked" and protected by 3.5 m walls that preserve your privacy. It is a cocoon shared with discreet owners. There is only one accommodation for rent, so you will be the only residents of the villa.

The highlight of the villa is its wooded garden, a real open-air orchard:

- Apricot, fig, apple, cherry, quince, vines and raspberry trees await you depending on the season.

- Aromatic herbariums: Help yourself to rosemary, thyme, basil, peppermint, lemongrass, verbena and bay leaf sauce to enhance your barbecue dishes or infusions.

LPO Refuge — our garden has been labelled a refuge for biodiversity by the League for the Protection of Birds: a preserved natural setting, conducive to local bird watching.

Relaxation: A swimming pool (5 m in diameter and 1.2 m in water height) to cool off with child safety. A large shaded arbour with a BBQ area for your alfresco dining. a relaxation area. 3.5 m high stone walls protect this very quiet garden without vis-à-vis with the neighbours.

- Living room: Large living room of 54 m² bright and air-conditioned (A++), exposed beams and professional table football. A 140x190 cm sofa bed is available for 2 extra beds.

- Equipped kitchen: Everything you need is there for cooking (large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances) and for breakfast (Nespresso, filter coffee maker, kettle). Please note: no dishwasher.

- Bedroom: Air-conditioned room (A++) with a hotel-quality queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a large open dressing room. Beds made on arrival and linen provided.

- Bathroom with large walk-in shower (116x85 cm), vanity unit, illuminating and anti-fog mirror, heated towel rail, hairdryer and toilet. Eco-friendly towels, shampoo and shower gel provided.

Connectivity: Ultra-fast fiber optics (100 Mbps) with RJ45 Ethernet cable & Wi-Fi. The table in the living room facing the garden is also perfect for teleworking.

Free parking on the street and RÉVÉO public charging station (22 kW) accessible 500m away to easily charge your electric vehicle during your stay.
