Very well maintained villa with cozy décor and good garden furniture. Beautiful pool. Communication with the owner and manager is fine.
Location very quiet and nice villages and towns in the area. Artists town of Pezenas, eating fish in Sète, boulevard in Cap d'Agde, sights in Narbonne and Montpellier.

We enjoyed the house for 2 weeks, lovely pool with lots of privacy. Highly recommended!

Very nice house! The pictures don't do the house justice: It's much nicer and more spacious in real life. Everything you need for a good holiday is there: Lovely covered terrace, great air conditioning, super nice swimming pool...

Communication with both the owner and the manager went very smoothly and friendly. Recommended!

We had 2 wonderful weeks. The house has many facilities and is very spacious and clean. There are also several terraces. The location is quiet and close to beautiful villages and towns. We enjoyed the pool which is also cleaned...

We had 2 wonderful weeks. The house has many facilities and is very spacious and clean. There are also several terraces. The location is quiet and close to beautiful villages and towns. We enjoyed the pool which is also cleaned 2 times a week. This happens so early and quietly in the morning that you don't notice it. The contact with the landlord is quick and pleasant. We will definitely come back here!

We had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house. The house has everything you would need and you can totally relax there. The village does not have much to offer but it is a beautiful area and the cozy town of Pezenas is only a 10-minute drive away. We would love to stay here again!

Friendly and quick contact with landlord. Nice, clean furnished house with all modern facilities. Nice to have air conditioning with temperatures above 30 degrees. Lovely swimming pool where our daughters, 6 and 3, enjoyed them...

Excellent location for excursions, Perpignan/ Carcassonne/ Narbonne/ Beziers/ Agde/ Montpellier/ Nîmes are all within an hour's drive. Had a wonderful holiday!

We (a family with two boys aged 17 and 18) had a wonderful holiday in l'Amandier. The contact with the family went smoothly. Quick response to questions.
We were kindly received by a French lady. The house is fully equipped. The air conditioning was very nice. Great that there was also air conditioning in the bedrooms. The pool and terraces around the house were lovely.
We did a lot in the area, but also enjoyed the peace and quiet in and around the house.
