From the large living room and from the covered terrace a beautiful and unique view, over the private pool, on the rolling vineyards of the Minervois. In the distance -80 km- you can see the Pyrenees. The spacious villa has a high level of hygiene, is maintained with care, is very complete, very attractive and comfortably furnished with air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
Air conditioning in living room, stylish and tastefully decorated with a 3-seater sofa, 4 armchairs, coffee table, flat screen TV with Dutch and Belgian channels via satellite + Chromecast. Radio/CD player. Books, magazines and games.
Spacious kitchen: large dining table with 6 chairs with cushions, china cabinet, 2 French bakery cabinets, four-burner halogen hob, stainless steel extractor hood, combi microwave, large double door fridge / freezer and dishwasher. There is a Senseo, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender and extensive kitchen inventory. Through the hallway you enter the bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms, guesttoilet with hand basin, cupboard with washing machine, ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner.
Air conditioning in 3 cool comfortable bedrooms, spacious and atmospheric. In each room double box spring beds of 90 x 200 cm, with duvets, bedside tables with lighting and large built-in wardrobes with clothes hangers. From the beginning of April in the early and late season, wonderfully heated, for long swimming fun. Pool care 1 x per week on fixed morning. Around the pool the fenced sun terrace, with 6 adjustable comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.
