Le Canard Bleu, is a spacious single-storey villa with excellent comfort and perfect hygiene, maintained with care and very complete, luxury is our standard. Beautiful and quiet location on a plot of 1700 m2 on a higher south-facing slope, just outside the village of Siran, behind the hamlet of Najac. Ideal for hiking. The view from your terrace is fascinating and unique. In clear weather you can see 85 kilometers. Central location in relation to Carcassonne and Narbonne, beach and sea at 40 kilometers.

Air conditioning in spacious and attractive living room. Leather 2- and 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs, writing table and cupboard with flat screen TV, via satellite including Dutch, Belgian and other channels + Chromecast. Radio/CD player, books and games.
Kitchen, adjacent to living room with 4 burner halogen hob, stainless steel extractor hood, combi microwave, spacious fridge / freezer and dishwasher. And also, Senseo, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, blender and very extensive kitchen inventory.
Air conditioning in all cool, comfortable and attractive bedrooms. 2 rooms with double box spring beds of 90 x 200 cm, 1 bedroom with double bed of 180 x 200 cm, spacious wardrobes with plenty of clothes hangers, bedside tables with lighting and double windows with roller screens and wooden shutters. For hygiene reasons, bed linen rental is mandatory.

From the spacious living room you enter the large covered terrace through 2 double doors. Here is a dining table with 6 matching chairs with cushions, various terrace chairs, table, electric barbecue and ashtray.
On the terrace around the pool there are comfortable adjustable sunbeds and umbrellas.
Ideally, you walk from the covered terrace without steps or steps on the ground floor to your swimming pool.
