The open kitchen, which is of course fully equipped, and the modern furnished living room have French doors to the covered terrace with a view. This villa has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160x200), sliding doors to the covered terrace and a private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have two single beds (90x200). In the hallway is the second bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet. Of course there is a washing machine at your disposal in the utility room. In the middle of nature, surrounded by a few houses, located on the ridge of the Montagne Noir, this modern and tastefully furnished villa with heated private pool gives you all the peace and space you deserve. Hiking, mountain biking, relaxing but above all enjoying this great place under the French sun. Have a nice lunch on the covered terrace overlooking the mountain landscape and enjoy nature, tranquility and of course this beautiful home. Then a nice walk, in the afternoon perhaps an afternoon at the beach and then come back and enjoy a swim in the heated pool. Then the bbq and delicious food with a glass of local wine and fine regional products. Just a beautiful holiday. In addition, you can easily make trips from this great location to the many sights of this region. Adjacent to the living room and one of the bedrooms is the large terrace (partly covered) with a view over the impressive nature. Through another small terrace you reach the lower heated swimming pool with walk-in stairs (4x8). The pool is surrounded by the terrace. Here you have the feeling of being in the middle of nature. The French sun, the sounds of the typical animals of these French forests make you completely pulled out of your own world and partly because of that make good memories. The parking is located at the front on the private property. Of course there is a BBQ at your disposal (gas).
