The entire house is air-conditioned. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, there is a beautiful swimming pool with summer kitchen, several covered terraces and of course privacy. The beautiful surroundings complete the picture.  In the morning you can get fresh croissants and a crusty baguette, in the afternoon a drink in the bar of the village with the locals, a day trip to the Pyrenees or even Spain and of course a visit to the Mediterranean Sea is possible from this beautiful villa. In addition, there are many attractions in the immediate vicinity and walking or cycling in the amazing nature is easy to do from the villa. But chilling out by the private pool, relaxing under the covered terrace, then preparing a nice meal on the BBQ of the summer kitchen and enjoying the quiet evenings is also an excellent option.  The spacious and very spacious living room (40m²) with airdo and the spacious, modern, open kitchen (15m²) are connected to the covered terrace. The house has an air conditioner that can also serve as heating. There are three spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2x a single bed (2x 80*200) and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and sink. The second bedroom has 2x a single bed (2x 80*200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. The third bedroom has a double bed (140*200) and an en-suite bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning. All showers have a modern glass shower door. Two bedrooms also have French doors to the outside and all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. In addition, the entire house, including the bedrooms, is equipped with mosquito nets. Of course there is a separate guest toilet and there is a utility room with the washing machine and dryer.  Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace and the view over the rolling countryside. Right next to the house is the swimming pool (4x8) with Roman walk-in stairs and the spacious terrace with the sunbeds. The summer kitchen with BBQ, outdoor toilet and outdoor shower completes this romantic place. The property is surrounded by the Mediterranean garden with its many oleanders. The spacious parking is located at the front of the house.
