The second bedroom also has a double bed (160x200). If desired, this bed can be converted into 2 single beds. For this room there is a second bathroom with shower and sink and also sufficient storage space. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the hallway. The toilet is equipped with a shower function. The washing machine and dryer are in the garage. Here you will also find the cushions for the garden furniture. This modern, tastefully and cosily furnished villa is located on the edge of an attractive village on a cul-de-sac. In the village there are several wineries with wines of high quality. There are also some nice restaurants, a cafe/bar, a pharmacy, a small supermarket and a bakery. Everything within walking distance, so getting fresh croissants or a baguette in the morning is a nice start to the day. During breakfast you can enjoy the beautiful view over olive trees, rolling vineyards and hills in the distance. The only sounds you hear are birds, the church bell, occasionally the village crier, and the occasional car of the postman or neighbor.
