Palavas is the first beach town next to the airport of Montpellier, 12 km to be exact. And Next to the city center of Montpellier 15 km.

It is a lovely bustling beach town where you can swim, sail, enjoy the sun, ride bikes, play volleyball or mini golf and enjoy lovely food overlooking the mediterranean sea. 

There are loads of activities in Palavas during the summer.  Concerts, theater, beach parties. There is a market twice a week.

The town has all it needs, supermarkets, banks, post office, markets, restaurants etc. 

The appartment is a lovely small beach studio, 100 meters from the beach. On the left side of the river : RIVE GAUCHE.

The flat has a total of 29 M2, with a nice bed space with convertible couch, a tiny kitchenette, a seperate bathroom, a nice balcony.

The house was refurbished completely in september 2023. 

The flat has airconditioning, TV, WIFI. and a radio.

The bedspace has a convertible quality couch of 140x200 with bedlinen and duvets. 

The kitchen has ustensils for 2-3 people, a 2 pits induction stove, a nespresso machine, a micro wave as well as a water cooker.  Kitchen towels are provided.

The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a wash bassin.  Bath towels are provided. 

You only have to bring your beach gear and beach towels.

There is a large parking lot nezr the post office. 35 euros per week. Or free parking 700 meters from the flat.
