Palavas is the first beach town next to the airport of Montpellier, 12 km to be exact. And Next to the city center of Montpellier 15 km.
It is a lovely bustling beach town where you can swim, sail, enjoy the sun, ride bikes, play volleyball or mini golf and enjoy lovely food overlooking the mediterranean sea.
There are loads of activities in Palavas during the summer. Concerts, theater, beach parties. There is a market twice a week.
The town has all it needs, supermarkets, banks, post office, markets, restaurants etc.
The appartment is a lovely small beach studio, 100 meters from the beach. On the left side of the river : RIVE GAUCHE suitable for 2 -3 people.
The flat has a total of 25 M2, with a nice bed space with 2 convertible couches 1 (1.40 X 2.00) and 2 (90x2.00), a kitchenette, a seperate bathroom with shower and toilet and a nice balcony.
The house was refurbished completely in september 2024.
The flat has airconditioning, TV, WIFI. and a radio.
The bedspace has 2 convertible couches 1 of 140x200 and 1 of 90x200 with bedlinen and duvets.
The kitchen has ustensils for 2-3 people, a 2 pits induction stove, a nespresso machine, a micro wave as well as a water cooker. Kitchen towels are provided.
The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a wash bassin. Bath towels are provided.
You only have to bring your beach gear and beach towels.
There is a large parking lot near the post office. 35 euros per week. Or free parking about 900 meters from the flat.
You can park your car and enjoy the town on foot or on bike.
