plus a leather sofa also with an open passage to the spacious
sitting room with a 3-seater leather sofa plus 3 armchairs, lounge
table, side tables, flat screen TV, bookcase and a
wood stove and internet connection.

On the first floor there are 3x double bedrooms with sufficient cupboards.

One of the bedrooms has a 1-person infrared sauna.

1 complete bathroom with bath and Italian walk-in shower, sink
plus a toilet.



Outside
a private courtyard to have a delicious breakfast at a 6-person stone outdoor table.

The swimming pool is completely private in an enclosed garden of 200m² with 6 sunbeds and a lounge area,
large round dining table for 8 people. and a sitting/lounge sofa for two
armchairs, there is a barbecue for cozy evenings with the lights on
to eat by the pool.

Should
If you stay longer than one week, arrive on Friday or Saturday
owner to clean the pool for you.

Outings;

5 mins to: the snail-built village of Aigne.

5 min. to: the Cataren village of Minerve is built on a rock in the
middle of the gorges.

The Bergerie l'Occitane is located between the limestone gorges and is a beautiful walk
and cycling area.

The villages below all have French restaurants.

3 min. to: La Caunette built against the rocks.

5min. to: Beaufort.

10 minutes to: Olonzac with its weekly pleasant Tuesday morning market
and where there is also a large supermarket and several terraces
of course not forgetting the many restaurants

12 min. through Olonzac to Homps where a large lake "Lac de
Jouares" with a beach for sunbathing and swimming with a barbecue area, also nice water toys
for children as well as a restaurant, Homps is located on the Canal du
Midi very cozy.

15 minutes to Lezignan where every Wednesday morning there is a large regional
market and many different types of restaurants. There is also a sports airport opposite the autoroute where you can make sightseeing flights as well as parasailing, parachuting and freediving.

40 min. to: Carcassonne (with the medieval Cité)

35 minutes to Narbonne, market Thursday and Sunday morning, the "Hallen"
are open every morning.

40 minutes to the beach.

Everywhere there is a "vide grenier" (flea market) signposted along the roads.

June 21 is Féte de la musique everywhere" especially in Narbonne is unique!

In July and August there will be three days of partying on the streets, often with lively music, each village or city has its own dates for this.

Many cultural abbeys, caves and not to mention many wine chateaux where you can always taste!

Furthermore, the living room contains many documentations on what and where there is to do/see.
