Adjacent to the living room is the covered terrace with the dining table and lounge set. From here you look out on the heated swimming pool (4x8) with its steps and a spacious terrace around it. Of course there is more than enough space for the sunbeds. In the well-kept garden is a beautiful Jeu de Boules court with terrace and seating areas where you can enjoy a relaxing game of French sport while enjoying a local wine. The whole picture is completed by the surrounding nature of the beautiful landscape. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park your car on site under the spacious carport.

The spacious living room has large sliding doors that open onto the spacious covered terrace. The fully equipped open kitchen is very practical and next to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. The villa has three beautiful bedrooms, each with a storage closet. Two bedrooms have double beds (180x200) and one bedroom has a double bed (140x200). One bedroom has its own bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. There is a second bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower, double sink and toilet and there is also a guest toilet in the hall. The whole house is air-conditioned. This very well maintained, beautifully furnished 6-person villa gives you the ultimate peace and holiday feeling to which you are entitled. This villa located on the edge of the village of Oupia, on a ridge has a great view. The tastefully decorated living room, complete kitchen and a nicely planted garden with its large palm trees offers privacy and tranquility.

In the village there is a small shop and 5 minutes away in the next large village, Olonzac, is a large supermarket and other shops. There is also a large weekly market here every Tuesday morning. You can walk straight into the woods from the house, the beach is relatively close and there are many attractions in the area (Canal du Midi, Cité de Carcassonne, Minerve, Fontfroide Abbey, Montagne Noir, etc). Of course it is wonderful to stay 'at home' in this fantastic place.
