Romantic, cozy, atmospheric, privacy and a pleasant view are the keywords that describe this pleasant villa. A game on the jeu de boulles court, swimming in the private swimming pool and relaxing on the spacious covered terrace, all possible in this special place. You look out on the rolling landscape of the Minervois with its hills and vineyards. Directly from the villa you can take walks and bike rides (including mountain biking) or walk to the center of the village for small groceries or a delicious glass of local wine in the bar. You can also have lunch or dinner in the excellent restaurant of the village or enjoy a delicious BBQ at home and enjoy each other and the holiday. Through the living room you come out on the large covered terrace with the stone bbq and the beautiful view of the garden and the surrounding area. Here you can fully enjoy the peace, the space, a delicious breakfast or linger on the pleasant evenings. A spacious, wide staircase leads to the lower part of the sun terrace with sun beds, the private swimming pool (4x8) and the beautifully decorated Mediterranean garden. There is also the possibility for a game of jeu de boulles on the private court. The parking is located at the front of the house on the private property under the carport.

Bonjour, We rent and provide holiday villas for private owners who are not personally able to offer their home. These owners want the holidaymakers to be able to enjoy an optimal holiday in their beautiful home. They have therefore entrusted their home to our team. We take care of everything regarding the rental and maintenance of their villa, garden and swimming pool. Everything will therefore be top notch upon your arrival. A très bientôt. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs: reservation costs 50.00 euros, final cleaning villa 115 euros, consumption costs according to the electricity meter, deposit 500 euros and tourist tax. It is also possible to rent towels, sheets, high chair, cot and other to complement your holiday.

5. Cancellation of reservationAny cancellation must be made in writing (preferably by e-mail to (*CONTENT HIDDEN*)). The tenant will receive a cancellation confirmation from Les Résidences du Soleil. Cancellation is free of charge up to 60 days before arrival (only reservation costs are retained). After this period, the deposit and reservation costs will be retained. In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the rental period, the reservation costs as well as 100% of the total rent are due. In the event of cancellation, the tourist tax and the rented and paid items will be refunded. Early departure before the end of the rental period does not entitle the tenant to a refund of the amount paid. If you do not show up at the place of your stay, we will retain compensation of 100% of the total amount of your reservation. We advise our tenants to cancel and travel insurance with an insurance company. We cannot be held liable for fortuitous events, force majeure, climatic events, legal or administrative decisions that disrupt, interrupt or prevent the stay
