Through the front door you enter directly into the living room and the open kitchen. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped so that you can prepare delicious regional dishes. The living room opens onto the spacious terrace through patio doors. There are four bedrooms. Two bedrooms have two single beds (160x200). The third bedroom has patio doors to the terrace and a private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet. This bedroom has a double bed (180x200). The fourth bedroom also has French doors to the terrace and a bunk bed (90x180). There is a second bathroom in the hallway with shower, sink and toilet. Located in the nice town of Beaufort, on the edge of the village, this beautifully maintained villa has a beautiful view over the sloping landscape. The large private swimming pool, the French sun and the lovely covered terrace give this location a high-level ambiance. The cozy decoration of the house and the beautiful rural surroundings express the perfect picture. This villa, located on the edge of an authentic village, against a ridge, is tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with the large covered terrace playing a prominent role. Here you will spend wonderful long evenings overlooking the southern French wine landscape. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away by car and there are nice shops in that village, including real bakeries. There is also a large regional weekly market here every Tuesday. The beach is relatively close by and there are many attractions in the area. Culture, nature, cities or just relaxing at home, everything is possible from this beautiful villa. Adjacent to the living room is the large covered terrace with the dining table and the great view. Directly connected to it is the swimming pool (5x10) with steps, lower and therefore wonderfully sheltered. Surrounded by large boulders, you can enjoy the French sun and swim lengths in this spacious private swimming pool. The spacious plot makes you feel completely free and the Mediterranean plating unmistakably gives a southern French atmosphere to the whole. There is of course a BBQ at your disposal. You can park the car at the side of the house on the private property. There is enough space for two cars.
