Half of the house is surrounded by a spacious and very pleasant terrace where large shade sails provide the necessary shade. Each side of the terrace has a different view of the beautiful surroundings. From this large terrace, a small staircase leads to the lower garden with the private swimming pool (4x8) with Roman steps. Again, a beautiful, large terrace with enough space for the sunbeds. A wooden picnic table stands under the trees in the natural shade for reading a good book and enjoying a nice glass of local rosé.

At the pool you again have a magnificent view over the beautiful mountainous surroundings and the vineyards. Behind the swimming pool, on a lower part, there is plenty of space to organize your own sporting activities such as football, badminton, Jeu-de-boules, etc. There is a BBQ at your disposal and you can park your car on the property.

This pleasant villa has a living room with a fireplace and French doors to the terraces at the front and side of the house. The fully equipped practical kitchen is in open connection with the living room and also has patio doors to the terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner with the great view.

The villa has four bedrooms, two of which have two single beds (160x200 and 140x200). One bedroom has two single beds (90x290) and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed (80x190). All windows of the bedrooms have mosquito nets. There is one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and there is also the washing machine. There is a guest toilet in the hall. Do you like peace, space, nature and a beautifully maintained holiday home then this will be an excellent choice.

In the village of Cazedarnes is a nice bar / restaurant / grocery store where you can get your fresh croissants, drink a cup of coffee or enjoy a tasty lunch at midday. The wonderful surroundings around the villa invite to walking and cycling and there are many nice villages to visit, try restaurants, participate in sports activities or do many visits in this beautiful region. A day at the beach is certainly possible and of course you can relax by the private pool of the house, enjoying the view and the tranquility.
