It is the ideal holiday spot for holidaymakers looking for a sunny, quiet location close to the many possibilities of a city, and of course for golfers who can walk to the golf course. The spacious living room overlooks the large terrace and the large colourful enclosed garden with olive trees, palm trees and a 10m X 5m swimming pool. You can take full advantage of the outdoors with outdoor furniture, sunbeds by the pool, a barbecue and both sunny and shaded areas.
The villa has two floors that provide maximum privacy, even when all rooms are occupied.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and doors to the terrace, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a double sink, and a separate toilet. The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a large terrace with a beautiful view, another bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a spacious shower and sink, and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have a closet with ample space and air conditioning. Fans are also provided.
