Detached chalet with spacious garden around the house; view of Mont Blanc. In rustic small farming village with bakery, small supermarket, restaurant and ski and mountain bike rental. Beautiful hiking and skiing area. Cozy furnished house.

The house was built in 1970 and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Layout: entrance, toilet, bathroom, bedroom with double bed, living room with open kitchen and fireplace.

Downstairs: 2nd bathroom, master bedroom with double bed, .1st floor: 2 bedrooms with single beds.

Around the house is a garden. Here you can sit outside on a large balcony and barbecue. In summer you can put the small swimming pool (diameter 2.5 m) outside.

Additional information

The village of St Nicolas de Véroce is an authentic French peasant village, where the cows are in the morning to the pasture to be charged, in October, the pig is slaughtered and the farmer sells cheese to huis.Er is a small supermarket, a bakery, two restaurants and a shop where winter ski and summer mountain bikes can be rented may find the house is 100 meters above the village. The view is breathtaking: first the valley and behind the glaciers of the Mont Blanc.Het village lies at the end of the road.

In the area you can go skiing, hiking or mountain biking to your heart's content. The ski lift is 500 meters away. There is also the ski rental where you can leave your skis in the ski room. A lake in which you can swim is 15 km away. In Le Fayet (15 km) there is a rack railway to the glaciers of Mont Blanc. There are also thermal baths there. For the children there is a fun adventure track. In Les Contamines Monjoie there is a park with various activities for children (open in high season). There are several beautiful walks that are also interesting for children. St Gervais is a beautiful town with many shops. If you want to shop even more, you can go to Mégeve, Chamonix or of course Geneva.
