Our dream home is located in Evian in the Haute-Savoie region of France on Lake Geneva. Great for a summer holiday, the lake with beach is 300 meters away from the house. But also very suitable for winter sports.

The house consists of two parts, of which the apartment on the ground floor is for rent.
This comfortable 3-room apartment consists of a living room with complete kitchen, two bedrooms, utility room and a nice bathroom.
The garden has a large, partially covered, terrace with a beautiful view of the lake.
This view is breathtaking at night when you can see the thousands of lights of Lausanne on the other side.

Evian is a wonderful place for a wonderful summer holiday. Swim in the clear waters of Lake Geneva, or in the beautiful swimming pool of Evian.
Golf enthusiasts are in for a treat at the Evian Masters Golf Club.
The Ladies European Tour will be played on this beautiful course in September

In addition, there are plenty of opportunities for sailing, water skiing, tennis, hiking, mountaineering, horseback riding, mini golf and cycling.
Let yourself be pampered in one of the various spas or try your luck in the casino.
You can reach the nice city of Lausanne in half an hour by ferry.
Montreux and Geneva are easy to reach by car.
But relaxing in your own garden is also wonderful!

In winter, there are several ski resorts to visit.
Above Evian, the ski resorts of Thollon-les-Memises and Bernex are 1000 meters away.
These areas are easy to reach by car within fifteen minutes.
Thollon-les-Memises has 15 slopes, Bernex has 19 slopes at its disposal.
The ski area Les Portes du Soleil is 3 quarters of an hour away.
This largest ski area in Europe has 650 km. Slopes.
