L'Arbre des Roses is a holiday home suitable for up to 6 people. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living room with open kitchen. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen and living room. From the living room you have access to the large balcony (30 m2) through 2 French doors. In addition, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. From sunrise to sunset, the sun shines on the balcony! On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
The basement contains a bedroom, a sitting area and a bathroom. This has created a separate studio with the necessary privacy. Ideal for parents or children, for example. The house is comfortably furnished with an open kitchen with all built-in appliances including an oven/microwave and a dishwasher. The wood-burning stove and the electric heaters keep the house comfortably warm, even in winter. The TV in the living room receives all Dutch channels, among other things. In the bathroom in the basement are the washing machine and dryer.
Wifi is available free of charge. Fiber optics provide a fast and reliable internet connection.
The covered terrace in front of the basement is a great place to be in warm weather. The land of about 2000 m² rises steeply. The house is at the top. There are several trees and rocks on the property. The rear of the house - where the entrance is located - is at the end of a dead-end asphalted private road. Behind the house is ample parking for 2 to 3 cars. The contact point for charging hybrid/electric cars is also located here.
