Centrally located in the middle of 6 ski areas, about a 20-minute drive away.
300 days of sunshine a year and many outdoor sports options.
Interior is very complete and modern with smart TV, and all conceivable equipment in the kitchen as well as WiFi.

We are very sporty people and have been coming to this area for more than 40 years. In 2007 we bought land and built a house there, adapted to the wishes of our time. We are very environmentally aware which is why the house works with 3 solar systems and has no emissions. We ourselves are there for around 10 weeks a year for skiing and mountain and water sports. We also cycle a lot in the cols.
