The price includes energy costs and wifi provision. There is always tourist tax and that is € 1.80 per adult person per night.
I ask for a deposit of € 250, - which will be refunded immediately after inspection on departure.
For the maintenance of the pool I ask € 100 per week, this has to do with experience from summer 2019. The tenants received an instruction film regarding the maintenance of filters and water, but with 1 exception this did not happen or was severely insufficient, which turned the bath into a green bath. From now on, someone will come by in the period May to September to do the maintenance
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this
to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone).
Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of
writtencancellation by the tenant:
- Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
