At home in an exclusive apartment
How nice it is when you have at least the luxury at home that you are used to at home, but preferably a little more. In this apartment you have that! The 3 room apartment of 90m2 is located at the beginning of the park. On the left side of the apartment begins the mountainous forest next to the park: you're really in the middle of nature. With a bit of luck you can see a fox or deer passing by. Along the whole apartment is the balcony of 70m2 !! Lovely to spend hours looking at the beautiful view, reading a good book, playing a game, talking to each other: in short: relax and enjoy.
The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. There is a TV in the living room. Of course free WiFi. In the kitchen a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob and extractor. For a nice cup of coffee you will find a Senseo and Nespresso machine here.
There are 2 bedrooms with lake views: a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 beds. The third bedroom also has 2 single beds. If you have more guests: the sofa / sofa in the living room offers a solution. In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms: 1 with a shower and the other with a bath / shower. Furthermore, a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, ironing board and iron can be found in the apartment.
If you want to park your car in the garage, you can rent it separately. For the garage there is still room for a second car. If you have the garage, you can store bicycles, skis, snowboard, strollers etc in the cellar. In short: all luxury is available!
Since it cools down here in the summer, it is great to go to bed. Also so nice: there are hardly any nasty insects (even in the evening and at night). There is a lift in the apartment complex. The apartment is on the first floor. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
