Beautiful holiday home of 150m2 with a large (shared) swimming pool of 20x5 meters on an estate of 20 hectares bordering a large lake. Peace, privacy and space at the foot of the Pyrenees. The holiday home is a comfortable and complete house located on the left side of the white 'maison principale' (where the owners live and where 2 guest rooms are located) and has a very large terrace at the front and side. It is very spacious: 150m2 spread over two floors. There are two bathrooms, two kitchens, two bedrooms, a large living/bedroom, hall, entrance, balcony. In addition to the large outdoor terrace, there is a very spacious covered communal terrace. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities.

Ground floor layout: you enter the hall with stairs to the first floor. Under the stairs there is space for the washing machine and cleaning supplies. Through a door you enter the sink kitchen with a large countertop with a double sink.

Next to this is the bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bath and toilet. You reach the bedrooms via a hall. The bedroom on the east side has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm (or two single beds), a sofa and patio doors to the terrace. The bedroom on the south side has a double bed of 160 x 200 and two single beds of 90 x 200. Here too, French doors lead to the terrace. There are various cupboards in the various rooms on the ground floor.

Layout of the floor: via the stairs in the hall you enter the kitchen with electric hob and oven, large refrigerator with freezer, cupboards with all necessary equipment, pans, crockery and cutlery. The large countertop has a double sink. There is also a bathroom on the floor. This also has 2 sinks, a shower and a toilet. The living room is very spacious (50 square meters) with a wonderful view of the Pyrenees and the lake. In the living room there is a cupboard with crockery, dining table with 6 chairs, sofa and a table with a television. From the living room you reach the balcony. This very spacious living room is also furnished as a bedroom with a double bed of 180 x 200, separated by a curtain.

Other information: cutlery and crockery as well as linen (bath/bed/kitchen) are provided for 6 people. In addition, all necessary equipment and accessories for the kitchen. Any required extra cot or the like can be arranged (free) on request. Linen (bath/bed/kitchen) is also included in the price. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes. Once you arrive, the fun can begin immediately! For rentals of at least one week, a 3-course welcome dinner on the day of arrival is included in the price!

There is a large swimming pool of 5 x 20 meters on the site, surrounded by a wooden terrace with parasols and sunbeds. The site is located on a large lake (over 1000 meters of shore) on which no motorized vessels are allowed. There is a lot of fishing.

All in all, a special holiday home with plenty of space for people who love peace, space and privacy. It is part of a small and private holiday center with 4 glamping tents and 2 chambres d'h otes.
