It is very spacious: 150m2 spread over two floors. There are two bathrooms, two kitchens, two bedrooms, a large living/sleeping room, hall, entrance, balcony. In addition to the large outdoor terrace, there is a very spacious covered communal terrace. The house is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts.
Layout ground floor: you enter the hall with stairs to the floor. Under the stairs is the space for the washing machine and cleaning supplies. Through a door you enter the dishwashing area with a large countertop with a double sink.
Next to it is the bathroom with 2 sinks, shower, bath and toilet. Through a hall you reach the bedrooms. The bedroom on the east side has a double bed of 180 x 200 cm (or two single beds), a sofa and patio doors to the terrace. The bedroom on the south side has a double bed of 160 x 200 and two single beds of 90 x 200. Here too patio doors to the terrace. On the ground floor there are various cupboards in the various rooms.
Layout floor: via the stairs in the hall you enter the kitchen with electric hob and oven, large fridge with freezer, cupboards with all necessary equipment, pans, crockery and cutlery. Other information: cutlery and crockery as well as linen (bath/bed/kitchen) are available for 6 people. In addition, all necessary equipment and accessories for the kitchen. Any extra cot and the like can be arranged on request (free of charge). Linen (bath/bed/kitchen) is also included in the price. You just need to bring your suitcase with clothes. Once you arrive, the enjoyment can start immediately! For the rental of at least one week, a 3-course welcome dinner on the day of arrival is included in the price!
On the property is a large swimming pool of 5 x 20 meters, surrounded by a wooden terrace with umbrellas and sunbeds. The site is located on a large lake (more than 1000 meters of shore) on which no motorized vessels are allowed. There is a lot of fishing.
All in all, a special holiday home with plenty of space for people who love peace, space and privacy. It is part of a small and personal holiday center with 4 glamping tents and 2 chambresd'h otes.
