The 50 m2 gite in a vintage style offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay for 4 to 5 people.
The living room/kitchen of 28 m2 has a sitting area with a 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. The corner kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, combination microwave and a 4-burner gas hob, you can use a washing machine. There is satellite TV (Canal Digitaal) with NL, B, F, D and GB channels and WiFi.

The two bedrooms each have two box spring beds of 80x200 cm. A camping bed or camp bed can be added for small children if necessary.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, a toilet and a sink.
Outside you can enjoy two private terraces (one of which is covered) with a view of the surrounding hilly landscape, take a cooling dip in the swimming pool or play bowls on a real jeu de boules court.

Summer 1974 we drove in our Citroën Diane to the Côte d'Azur. It was the first of many trips to the country where we have always felt at home. In 2006 we bought our dream, in Montclus in the Gard Provencal.
We are present in our house all summer and take care of the maintenance of the cottage, the garden and the swimming pool. We respect your privacy. In case of any questions, we are available at your request.

Explanation of prices

The gîte is available from mid-June to September.
Arrival always from 4:00 PM, departure before 10:00 AM
The rent includes use of linen, electricity and gas and excludes € 70 cleaning costs.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed within the walls of the gîte. The reservation becomes effective after payment of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. When booking within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rental amount must be paid in full.
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival day, 25% of the rent remains due, up to 1 month before the arrival day 50% and within 1 month before the arrival day 75%.
