The 50 m2 gîte in a vintage style offers everything necessary for a pleasant stay for 4 people.
The living room/kitchen of 28 m2 has a sitting area with 2-seater sofa and 2 armchairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. The corner kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a 4-burner gas hob, you can use a washing machine. There is satellite TV (Canal Digitaal) with NL, B, F, D and GB channels and wifi. 

The two bedrooms each have two box spring beds of 80x200 cm. If necessary, a camping bed can be placed for small children. 
The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.
Outside you can enjoy two private terraces (one of which is covered) with a view of the surrounding hilly landscape, take a refreshing dip in the pool or "play boules" on a real jeu de boules court.

In the summer of 1974 we drove to the Côte d'Azur in our Citroën Diane. It was the first of many trips to the country where we have always felt at home. In 2006 we bought our dream, in Montclus in the Gard Provençal. We are present in our house throughout the summer and take care of the maintenance of the gîte, the garden and the swimming pool. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The gîte is available during the May holidays and from mid-June to mid-September.
Arrival from 4:00 pm, departure before 10:00 am
The rent includes the use of linen, electricity and gas and excludes € 70 cleaning costs.
Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed within the  walls of the gîte.
The reservation becomes effective after payment of 50% of the total rent. The remaining payment must be made no later than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. When booking within 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the total rent must be paid in full.
In case of cancellation up to 3 months before the arrival day, 25% of the rent remains due, up to 1 month before the arrival day 50% and within 1 month before the arrival day 75%.
