At the pool there are 6 beautiful adjustable sunbeds and 2 umbrellas. And of course an outdoor shower with hot water column.
Beautiful views of the mountains from your sunbed.
The cozy canopy next to the house with 8 beautiful adjustable chairs and a large table. Wonderful to stay here in the shade!
The terrace is closed with a (new) fence in a style that suits the house. Especially in spring and autumn you are sheltered here.
Enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning sun, on the bench under the kitchen window!

At the back of the garden is the boules court with lighting. There is also a bench for spectators.

The kitchen is fully equipped. An extra fridge with a large freezer compartment provides sufficient cooling facilities.
In the kitchen there is also an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo and kettle. There is more than enough crockery and cutlery available.
In March 2025, the furniture was largely replaced. The dining area consists of a nice big table with 6 chairs. Possibly. Expandable with chairs from the bedrooms.
The living room has large sliding doors with beautiful views of the garden, pool and mountains. From the living room you can walk straight onto the terrace.

A fireplace is available. Lovely in spring and autumn.
Next to the fireplace is a large television with Dutch channels.
A cozy sitting area with comfortable sofas.
Large bedroom downstairs with patio doors to the garden. A comfortable bed and plenty of closet space.

Air conditioning is available and there is a ceiling fan.
The bathroom downstairs has a shower and a beautiful washbasin. The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom.
Bedroom downstairs at the front of the house. This room also has air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
French doors, equipped with a screen door, give access to the front garden.
Spacious bedroom on the 1st floor at the rear overlooking the garden and pool.
The window is equipped with a mosquito net. There is also air conditioning in this bedroom.

On the upper floor there is an indoor balcony with beautiful views of the mountains. You can sit here comfortably. There are clotheslines and a billiard table. A dartboard hangs on the wall.

In the front garden there are beautiful olive trees and lavender.
The charging station is located under the carport. Free charging between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. In the storage room are the washing machine, dryer and electric barbecue. A bicycle is also available for you.
Our villa is fully equipped with mosquito nets.
Wonderful every day by bike through the vineyards to the bakery for a fresh baguette! A bicycle is waiting for you in the storage room.
Rent a canoe for a trip on the Ardèche.
Are you sporty? You can go karting in Grospierres, 15 kilometers away.
Cycling enthusiasts can make beautiful mountain tours here.
Are you a horse lover? Take a ride through the neighborhood and or along the Ardèche! The riding school is located between Vallon and Ruoms at less than 5 kilometers from the villa.
Opened in July 2013 !! Driving range and 9 hole course in Grospierres. In the spring and autumn a must! You can also play golf in Uzès and Montélimar.
Are you a daredevil? There is a survival park 5 kilometers from Vallon Pont d'Arc. For big and small. Next to the park on the river is also a small survival park.
