We offer for rent our house in the GARD, in Saint Maximin near UZÈS at 4 Km. It is located at the top of the village of about 800 inhabitants, 5 minutes by car from all shops.
This house with a Provençal identity is embellished with a charming Mediterranean walled garden, a stone mazet, a swimming pool and terraces with a breathtaking view of the garrigue, the Gardon park and the Alpilles mountain range.
The house that is our second home is in perfect condition, comfortable, carefully decorated and welcoming.
Upstairs, served by a staircase you will have three bedrooms and a large shower room with toilet.
On the ground floor, you will find a veranda where you can sit down to eat, a large fully equipped kitchen, an entrance and a shower room with toilet.
Two steps allow you to go down into the living room/living room.
It can accommodate 6 people:
2 bedrooms each with 1 bed of 140 cm
1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds
Bed linen and towels package of €25 per person.
(Not included are your swimming towels)
A person is available to welcome you on your arrival and exit by giving advance notice by phone.
