The detached house is practically furnished. It is oriented south-west and is located in a very quiet location with beautiful views over the mountains and only 1 km from the center of Anduze. There are several terraces to make the most of the shaded and sunny spots - breakfast in the morning facing east and in the evening enjoying the balmy summer evening on the west. There are 4 bedrooms with quality mattresses. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor and on the first floor there is another bedroom with a private shower and toilet and this can be reached by an external staircase.
A few km away is the largest bamboo forest in Europe, an absolute must for garden lovers. At 40 km you can visit the Roman city of Nîmes and the famous "Pont du Gard". The Mediterranean beach is just over an hour's drive from Anduze.

Hi, I'm Marianne and I've been the owner of this lovely property since June 2016. I have lived in France for more than 25 years and in Anduze for 10 years. I live there permanently with my 19-year-old son, except during the summer months. The house is fully equipped and the garden is regularly maintained.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rent.
If the tenant does not use the holiday home or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no refund will be made. The tenant can take out cancellation insurance with his/her insurance company without obligation.
