Villa Panoramer is located on a small mountain in the picturesque town of Theoule-sur-Mer. Our house has a magnificent view over the sea to Cannes and borders the forest of the l'Esterel mountains with its jagged coast and beautiful hiking trails. Sea and beach, cozy terraces and harbors 2.5 km away. Use of tennis court and swimming pool.
The bustling city of Cannes is 10 km from our house. In the vicinity, the cities of Nice and Monaco are very popular. Our house is equipped with air conditioning.

My name is Hanneke van Ommen, my husband and I have enjoyed our house in Théoule sur Mer since 1994.
We always enjoy the beautiful view, beach, sea and the very varied environment, from home the wonderful walks in the nature reserve of the Esterel. We stay here 4 months a year. In the Netherlands we live in Druten, the land of Maas and Waal. The combination of the Netherlands and France is wonderful.

Our house is adjacent to the forest of the park "Esterel", beautiful hiking trails with views across the bay to Cannes. Beach / Sea just 5 minutes. Panoramer Villa situated in a domaine with other houses, collectively we have a tennis court and swimming pool.
