Villa La Liguiri

Villa La Liguiri is a stylish and comfortable holiday villa located in sunny Sainte-Maxime, on the beautiful Côte d'Azur. This spacious villa can accommodate up to 10 people and consists of a main residence and three fully self-contained apartments, allowing privacy and enjoyment together to go hand in hand. Ideal for families or groups of friends.

The villa has a living area of approximately 230 m² and is furnished with care and taste. The main residence features a bright, spacious living room with comfortable sitting area and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances and direct access to the terrace. Large windows provide plenty of light and a beautiful view of the green surroundings and the golf course of Sainte Maxime.

In total there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all comfortably and stylishly furnished. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds, plenty of closet space and a quiet atmosphere. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with shower and/or bath. In addition, there are two kitchens with all modern appliances and 1 kitchenette with refrigerator, Nespresso machine and kettle.

The villa is divided into three independent apartments:

Apartment 1 is suitable for 6 people and has 3 spacious bedrooms, a modern bathroom with shower and bath, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a private terrace with seating.

Apartment 2 is suitable for 2 people and has a comfortable bedroom, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sitting area and a covered terrace right by the pool.

Apartment 3 is also suitable for 2 people and has a bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchenette (with refrigerator, Nespresso machine and kettle), an attractive living room and a spacious private terrace.

Outside, you will enjoy a generous sun terrace with a heated L-shaped private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds, umbrellas and lounge sets. For long summer evenings, there are two Black Bastard BBQs available. The garden offers a lot of privacy and a beautiful view over the golf course of Sainte-Maxime.

The villa is also equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and there is an ironing board with iron in every apartment. There is also parking on site for several cars.

The location is ideal: the beach (Plage La Nartelle) is about 1 km away, the lively center of Sainte-Maxime can be reached within 5 minutes by car and from the harbor the ferry will take you to Saint-Tropez in about 15 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find charming villages such as Grimaud and Cogolin and various golf courses. 

Villa La Liguiri is a place where comfort, tranquility and the good southern French life come together. A wonderful holiday home to enjoy together and make unforgettable memories.

Hello, my name is Priscilla. Ten years ago, I came to Sainte-Maxime for the first time, together with my husband, my brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We immediately fell in love with the area and have returned every year since. We enjoyed many holidays here with family and friends, the French food, the beaches and beautiful places such as Saint-Tropez and Cannes. Two years ago, the four of us were able to get hold of this fine house. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy Villa Liguiri. 

At the time you want to cancel your final booking, we will charge you the following percentage of the rental price depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

  • Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 90% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

We strongly advise tenants to take out cancellation insurance. Any costs resulting from cancellation are the responsibility of the renter.

In case of cancellation by the landlord, the landlord will make every effort to offer the tenant an alternative accommodation, based on availability and taking into account the specific wishes of the tenant. If this is not possible or an application is refused by the landlord, the Rent paid will be refunded to the tenant within seven (7) days.

The terrain is a total of 7,800 m². The villa stands high on a south-facing slope with terraces with natural vegetation. Because of that height fantastic sea view, over 180 degrees. Swimming pool is right next to the house, in the photo on the left front. Covered terrace between house and playroom.

Beautiful Provencal house, secluded in the middle of the famous Bandol vineyards, stunning views, large central terrace (lockable, for children and dogs). There is a terrace for each of the six rooms to retreat to. Due to the high and free location, not oppressive even in the summer.
