Our holiday home is located just outside La Londe Les Maures, in the hills of the paradise Domaine de Valcros with its 18-hole golf course. The house is in a very quiet location and has a private swimming pool. The house has two floors, each with its own bathroom, ideal for two families for example. The garden is completely fenced and the access is closed by an electrically operated gate.

All five bedrooms have access to a terrace. The three bedrooms on the ground floor are located directly on the pool.

In the immediate vicinity, a 20-minute drive away, there are several beautiful beaches in an area with numerous vineyards, not to mention Hyeres-Toulon airport with direct flights from Rotterdam-The Hague and Brussels-Charleroi in high season.

There is a small but well-stocked supermarket in the domain, a few minutes' drive away, with delicious fresh bread all day long. A 10-minute drive away are all the necessary shops and supermarkets in La Londe itself within easy reach.

We had our holiday home built in 1979. In Valcros, you imagine yourself in a completely different world! We have always spent wonderful holidays here with our children and friends. To improve comfort, the house was completely reorganized and renovated a few years ago. We hope you will enjoy Le Mas du Soleil as much as we always have.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The standard rental period is per week and the changeover day is Saturday. Deviating rental periods and changeover days in consultation. From 7 days 10% discount on the daily rate, from 14 days 20% discount on the daily rate. For changeover day on Saturday, 50 euro bonus on cleaning costs, to be deducted from the deposit.

TOURIST TAX
approximately 1% of the net daily rent per adult (18+) and per night, to be deducted from the deposit.

CANCEL
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

change of reservation: free of charge
cancellation due to proven force majeure (Covid, serious illness, etc): free of charge
cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period:
10% of the rental price
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
