My girlfriend (Monique Rapmund) and I (Ward Schoemaker) are the proud owners of this mobile home. I have been a world traveler myself and have lived in various countries and my girlfriend has also seen many countries. Now it's time to have it in a nice permanent place if it is not rented out. Monique spent many holidays here in her youth. That's why we chose this mobile home. Here we have everything we need, peace and quiet, we can exercise, good food, nice weather!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

About the accommodation

Our mobile home offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Inside you will find a cozy sitting area, a kitchenette with coffee maker (quick filter) and Nespresso, and good sleeping accommodation. Outside you can sit, read or have a drink in the sun.

 • Suitable for up to 4 people

 • Double bed (140x190 cm) + 2 single duvets (70x190 cm)

 • Fully equipped kitchen

 • Including: gas, water, electricity and use of the swimming pool

 • Smoking is not allowed in the caravan

You must bring your own: bed linen (bottom sheet, duvet cover, pillowcases), towels, tea towels and dishcloths.

Reception & Check-in

The campsite reception is open at the following times:

 • April, May, June and September

 • Monday to Saturday: 08:30 – 11:30 & 15:30 – 18:00

 • Sunday: 09:00 – 11:30 & 16:00 – 18:00

 • July and August • Daily: 08:30 AM – 08:00 PM

Check-in is possible between 16:00 and 18:00.

Rates & Payment Terms

 • Minimum rental period: 1 week

 • When booking you pay 50% of the rent or the full amount

 • At least 6 weeks before arrival you pay the remainder + €350 deposit

 • If the caravan is not left clean, a €250 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit

 • No hidden costs — you only pay for the rental, and we kindly ask you to return the stay clean

Cancellation policy

You can always cancel in writing. The costs depend on the time of cancellation:

 • Up to 90 days before arrival: 30% of the rent

 • 90–28 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price

 • 28–7 days before arrival: 90% of the rent

 • 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the rent
