The master bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and sink.
The guest room has direct access to its own shower and sink, the second toilet is located in the hallway. Both bedrooms have a double bed (160x200 cm) with a good mattress and air conditioning . There is a safe in the master bedroom.
The (open) kitchen is fully equipped: induction hob (4-burner), dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven/microwave and of course a fridge/freezer combination, DeLonghi, Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers and extensive crockery.
The spacious living/dining room also has air conditioning overlooks the terrace and the hill of Super-Cannes. TV including 9 Dutch channels and suitable for Netflix, DVD, etc. Free WiFi throughout the house and on the terraces, where you can enjoy the sun from 11:00 am to sunset.
Behind the swimming pool there is a large playing field and of course there is a jeu de boules court.
Free use of the electric BBQ, 2 folding bicycles with 7 gears, as well as beach towels and beach chairs/sunbeds for the pool or the beach.
The sandy beach is 800 meters away, the quiet village is the same, the bakery with buttery croissants and baguettes is 600 meters away. The cozy harbor with dozens of restaurants is 1 kilometer away. Cannes , Antibes and Juan les Pins a few minutes away by car. Some even take a walk, others prefer bus 8 or 200 or bicycles.
If desired, one can use the golf set (right-handed). There is also a trolley. 8 Golf courses within 30 km and so many museums with work by Picasso, Matisse, Dufy, Marc Chagall, Van Gogh and other Impressionists that it is difficult to choose. Many charming mountain villages in the nearby area. For the travel enthusiasts: day trips to Monaco and St Tropez, the islands off the coast or the markets of Valbonne or (in Italy) Ventemiglia and Sanremo. Or would you prefer a drive to the beautiful nature of the Gorges du Verdon, the French version of the Grand Canyon?
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM; Changeover day: in principle Saturday but is negotiable.
The price is €1440 per week in the months of July and August (high season), including water/electricity.
50% must be paid upon reservation, the remaining 50% in the first week of the month prior to the rental. Deposit is €300. Plus €150 euros for the mandatory final cleaning (to be paid locally).
If tenants come with their own car , they can be parked outside on the closed grounds in the places for visitors. Renters who fly can of course rent a car at Nice Airport (20 minutes drive and at least 6 direct flights from the Netherlands daily) or have yourself picked up by our local staff (€ 75) or order an Uber at the Airport
