My girlfriend (Monique Rapmund) and I (Ward Schoemaker) are the proud owners of this mobile home. I have been a world traveler myself and have lived in various countries and my girlfriend has also seen many countries. Now it's time to have it in a nice permanent place if it is not rented out. Monique spent many holidays here in her youth. That's why we chose this mobile home. Here we have everything we need, peace and quiet, we can exercise, good food, nice weather!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The mobile home is rented for a minimum of one week.

The reception is certainly open between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Check-in between 5 and 8 pm.
The mobile home can accommodate 4 people. The rental price includes gas, water and electricity. Guests are kindly requested not to smoke inside. After booking you pay the full amount or half of the rent. 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the rest of the rent and a deposit of € 250 must be paid.

The deposit will be refunded by us after we have received the keys and it has been found that the house has been left in good condition. If the caravan is not left clean, we will charge the cleaning fee of 250 euros. There are no additional costs, you are only requested to leave the cottage clean. If there are any problems, please contact my contact person . This is present 24 hours a day on the campsite. You must provide your own bedding (bottom sheet, sheet and duvet cover, 2 person mattress (140x190, French bed) and 2 single duvets (70x190) pillowcases, towels, dish towels and kitchen towels). Furthermore, the mobile home has a coffee machine (quick filter) and Nespresso. After booking you will receive a proof of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation of the agreement, the tenant will owe cancellation costs that depend on the time of cancellation.
Cancellation must always be made in writing. The amount of the cancellation fee is as follows: Number of days before the booked arrival day Part of the rental fee due.
