This furnished new mobile home is fully equipped. There is a new lounge set outside to relax. On the lower deck there is a dining table to have the best view of Ill d'or (the castle in the water and 2 sunbeds and again 2 relax chairs. If this is not enough, you can also hang the hammock. Inside there are 2 bedrooms of which 1 with a double bed (140x190) and in the other bedroom 2 beds (70x190).The living room with kitchen is equipped with a table and seating. The laundry room has a shower with sink. In addition, there is a private toilet so you no need to go to the public washrooms at the campground.

There is a lovely heated swimming pool and a paddling pool for the little ones at the campsite. The Mediterranean Sea is 100 meters from the campsite, so just cross the road if you prefer to swim in the sea. There are also jue de boule courts on the caping for that French feeling. The children's playground is also new with a climbing rack. So something for everyone!

My girlfriend (Monique Rapmund) and I (Ward Schoemaker) are the proud owners of this mobile home. Was a world traveler and lived in several countries and my girlfriend has seen many countries. Now it is time to have a nice permanent place if it is not rented. Monique spent a lot of holidays here in her youth. That is why we have chosen this mobile home. Here we have everything we need, rest, we can play sports, good food, good weather!

Explanation of prices

The mobile home is rented for a minimum of one week.

The reception is certainly open between 8 am and 8 pm. Check-in between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
The mobile home is suitable for 4 people. The rental price includes gas, water and electricity. You are kindly requested not to smoke inside. After booking you pay the full amount or half of the rental amount. The remainder of the rental price and a deposit of € 250 must be paid 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

The deposit will be refunded by us after we have received the keys and it has been determined that the house has been left in good condition. If the caravan is not left clean, we will charge a cleaning fee of 150 euros. There are no additional costs, you are only requested to leave the house clean. If any problems arise, please contact my contact person. This is available at the campsite 24 hours a day. You must provide your own bedding (bottom sheet, top sheet and duvet cover, double mattress (140x190, large bed) and 2 single duvets (70x190), pillowcases, hand, dish and kitchen towels). The mobile home also has a coffee machine ( quick filter) and Nespresso. After booking you will receive proof of reservation.
Cancellation policy:
If the agreement is canceled, the tenant owes cancellation costs, which depend on the time of cancellation.
Cancellation must always be made in writing. The amount of the cancellation costs is as follows: Number of days before the booked arrival day Part of the rental amount due.
