Welcome to Chalet France.

Located in the Côte d'Azur , we present our chalet at 4* ANWB family campsite Leï Sûves, Roquebrune.
It is fully furnished, outside terrace, equipped with 3 bedrooms, max 6 people, and air conditioning that can both cool and heat. TV with antenna and DVD player.
A beautiful campsite in the South of France and only a few kilometres from the Mediterranean Sea, Fréjus and St Aygulf, the luna park and the water park.
Enjoy the French sun during the holidays. 25 km from the beautiful town of Saint Tropez. At the campsite you will find a beautiful swimming pool with slides, peace, comfort, culture and entertainment.

Roquebrune sur Argens consists of three beautiful parts. The medieval village is almost car-free and consists of many alleys and stairs with beautiful shops, restaurants, museums, etc. The church of Roquebrune is definitely worth a visit. In the area you can make a very nice walk, for example in three hours (return) to the top of the rock. This walk is not possible in July and August because several paths are closed due to fire hazards. At the tourism office in the village they can tell you exactly what options there are and when. Another option to be active is water sports on the Argens River or on the Lac d'Arena. Go for a swim or cycle around on a pedal boat. Or 10km away you can find the sandy beaches of Fréjus and Saint Aygulf to enjoy the sea.

Upon arrival you will have to pay a local Eco tax of € 0.50 p.p.p.d
Guests must bring their own fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. If you don't want to bring your own, it can be rented on site through the managers at the campsite: fitted sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases. €12,- per person. Towel package €12,-You can indicate on the spot whether you want to use this, and you can also pay on the spot with the managers.
You can rent the chalet on the day of arrival from 15.00 hours. You must leave your chalet before 10.00 am on the day of departure. Upon departure, the cottage must be left swept clean.

We are 3 enthusiastic people who have a chalet abroad at a beautiful campsite called Leï Suves. We rent out this chalet in a quiet but very touristy location. Sun, sea, beach, culture and enjoyment: these are wonderful points for a holiday.
We do everything we can in combination with the campsite managers to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking conditions

1. LIABILITY

Under no circumstances does Chalet France bear any responsibility for the tenant in the event of personal injury, loss of or damage to his property, howsoever caused.

Also in case of theft of property and/or money, Chalet France does not bear any responsibility under any circumstances.

2. CANCELLATION INSURANCE

Based on our experience, we consider it advisable that every tenant takes out cancellation insurance with a (European) Insurance Company. In case of cancellation, the tenant can then claim a partial or full refund of the rent. The reason for cancellation must then fall within the coverage area of the cancellation insurance.

3. CANCELLATIONS

Any cancellation must be confirmed in writing to Chalet France. The cancellation is effective from the date that Chalet France has received this message. A cancelling tenant owes Chalet France the following amounts:

in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the day of arrival: 25% of the travel sum;

in case of cancellation from 2 months to 1 month before the day of arrival: 50% of the travel sum;

in case of cancellation from 1 month to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 75% of the travel sum;

in case of cancellation from the 6th day (inclusive) to the day of arrival or later: the full travel sum;

An administration fee of € 30 will also be charged.

During your stay in the holiday chalet, you as a tenant are fully liable for the rented holiday chalet, the furnishings and all items belonging to the rented property. ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE OWNER. These costs may be recovered from your travel insurance. We recommend that you take out this
