Our house is located very close to the beach "Plage de la Galiote" (200 m) and the port of Saint Aygulf. Restaurants, shops and the weekly market can be reached on foot.
The house has a bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed and a single bed which is air-conditioned.
Another room has a double bed and is also air-conditioned and has a small balcony.
A bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also located on the 1st floor.

The ground floor is divided as follows:
Through the entrance door you reach the living room which leads to an open kitchen.
In the living room you will find a large sofa and a large TV. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, filter coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Pots, pans and crockery are available. The living room and kitchen are also air-conditioned.
There is also a small room with two single beds. It has air conditioning.
A garden with a lovely terrace, parking on the property. Sun loungers, outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue. Dogs on request

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, they must always confirm this to the hostby email (even if they have already informed the host by phone, for example). Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.
