Our villa is located on the edge of a beautiful villa village at 4 km. of Roquebrune S/Argens.Our private swimming pool (no chlorine) is heated and you can swim from the end of April to October. We have a table tennis table and and jeu de boule court at the house.

For TV lovers, there is a chrome-cast so you can watch your favorite program with your own TV apps.
The Villa is located  at the end of a cul-de-sac. The completely detached villa is located on top of the hill so never suffer from flooding, We are ten kilometers from Frejus/St. Raphael. You have a very unobstructed view from the terrace. La Bouvarie forms a municipality together with the seaside resort of Les Issambres on the coast and Roquebrune ville. From the villa, the terraces and the pool you look out over beautifully overgrown hills. The sea and the beaches of Fréjus, St. Raphael, St. Aygulf and Les Issambres, st Maxime can be reached in about twenty minutes by car. The garden (1500 m2) is partly natural, partly cultivated fenced. Because of our lgging, there are several hiking trails in a beautiful varied nature reserve (ideal for hikers). La Bouverie has a small center with a supermarket, bakeries, greengrocer, pizzeria, restaurant, hairdresser, florist and drugstore. Once a week on Saturday there is a nice market with local products. Roquebrune is a picturesque very old village with cozy restaurants and a beautiful village square. From the villa  you can be in Cannes in half an hour, in Nice in forty-five minutes and in Monaco in an hour. But the mountains can also be reached within the hour. There is a lot to do in the area in the cultural, sporting and culinary field. There are many golf courses. The hiking possibilities are endless. But also along the coast there are exciting hiking trails (laid out) both in the direction of St. Tropez and in the direction of Cannes.
If you have something to celebrate or just don't feel like cooking, you can hire a great cook.
At the Lac in Roquebrune (10 minutes) there is now a lot of entertainment for young and old. There is a beach with sun loungers further in the lac a playground for young and old with slides, climbing possibilities and a lovely Bar with tappas and a fine restaurant. Don't forget to go there.

We ourselves love this house which has been in our possession for 19 years now.
The peace and quiet and the view is special every morning.
Furthermore, the house has a good kitchen and has the cozy Dutch interior.

Upstairs 2 double doors give access to the spacious balcony partly covered terrace (20m2) with a large dining table for 8 people, an electric BBQ. From this terrace you have a truly magnificent view. From here you can also use the outside stone staircase to the benedenverdieping.Op the ground floor is a second very large partially covered terrace (40m2) with a sink and outdoor shower (hot water).

The terrain is a total of 7,800 m². The villa stands high on a south-facing slope with terraces with natural vegetation. Because of that height fantastic sea view, over 180 degrees. Swimming pool is right next to the house, in the photo on the left front. Covered terrace between house and playroom.

Beautiful Provencal house, secluded in the middle of the famous Bandol vineyards, stunning views, large central terrace (lockable, for children and dogs). There is a terrace for each of the six rooms to retreat to. Due to the high and free location, not oppressive even in the summer.

In the Playroom there are 2 large cupboards with a lot of toys for all ages: Eichorn train, Lego Duplo, a lot of Lego Duplo train, regular Lego - and much more.
There is an unprecedented amount of rails and trains from Lego Duplo. For the small (and large) train enthusiasts). Our grandchildren lay the most complex traces.
For safety reasons the Playroom can be closed with a child safety gate.

The boulevard of Bandol has remained typically French. Because Bandol is a regional center, the village is lively all year round.
The old wooden fishing boats (pointus) are still being used.

This 'limen' Renecros is a sheltered and therefore popular sandy beach. No sailing or sailing is allowed.
