Been able to stay in this lovely house for the 2nd time. Again enjoyed the house, location, pool and air conditioning. It was 2 very hot weeks in July so we stayed at the house a lot but that was not a punishment. Very good contact with the owner and with help on site. We still have 2 really small tips. The bedroom with 2 single beds also equipped with a topper mattress. The adult daughter now had problems with the back of the hard mattress. On the other bedrooms with topper no complaints. A Wifi amplifier on the terrace also gives Wifi at the pool, always handy. As indicated, very small tips because it is just a lovely house in a perfect location.

We were with the family (5 adults) on the upper floor and another couple on the lower floor and with 2 dogs. The house is very good, the pool lovely. The fully enclosed garden was also top notch and the terrace gave a beautiful...

We were with the family (5 adults) on the upper floor and another couple on the lower floor and with 2 dogs. The house is very good, the pool lovely. The fully enclosed garden was also top notch and the terrace gave a beautiful view and was our place for dinner and evening. The landlord always and quickly responded to any questions and help was close by if needed. If we had to give some tips, we have 2: a fridge (or kind of outdoor kitchen) by the pool and in addition to the wonderful air conditioning on the entire upper floor, an air conditioner on the ground floor is not an unnecessary luxury in the hottest time of the year if you live there (and not just sleep).

A beautiful house with a beautiful view from the spacious porch. At the house you can have a great time with swimming pool or table tennis, but there is also a lot to see and do in the area. The owners also use the house themselves. This ensures that the house, and especially the kitchen, is fully equipped. We only used the ground floor apartment as a sleeping quarters.

We have been a week with 3 children, (8,6, and 3 years).

The location of the house is beautiful, a very quiet area with beautiful views. Away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but close enough to seek out the hustle and bustle.
The beach between Fréjus and Saint-Aygulf can be reached within half an hour. (in the morning).

The layout of the house and the beds are fine. The new bathroom has a nice shower.
The air conditioners are also pluses; Before going to sleep, turn on the air conditioning for an hour and the worst heat is gone.

We only used the upper floor. To be honest, I have to say that I think the ground floor has much less enjoyment of living. So the house seems less suitable for 2 families where 1 family goes below and 1 family upstairs. Suitable for the "teenagers" to sleep downstairs.

What disappointed us was the hygiene. The bathroom and toilet were clean though. But the floors and especially the whole kitchen were actually dirty. In many places, the countertop was sticky. The used tea towels were still hanging on the hook. It looked a bit like the "french stroke" and cleaned on sight. As was also stated in another review; I think we left it cleaner than we found.

Conclusion
It is a lovely holiday home with all the trimmings; quiet, space, nice pool, good beds, air conditioning, plenty of shade, delicious BBQ, only the cleaning service has to go the extra mile. then it's perfect.
NB in the photo you can see a wild boar that scurried around behind the villa in the evening. (there is a good fence though, can't get into the garden)
